Startet opp i 2015, ble en del av Norbrew i juni 2016 og slått konkurs juni 2018 da Norbrew gikk overende. Startet på nytt med brygger Rune Midthun og nye eiere i august 2019. Kjøpte alle aksjene i Voss Bryggeri høsten 2023.

Was located at Brynalii 102, 5700 Voss before the merger.

330ml can enjoyed after a short walk along the pilgrim route to Rølldal. Pours a amber coloured body, tiny head that leaves some lacing. Wet and sweet grass, fresh orange, hint of spice to the nose. Mango, fresh orange, banana and flowery notes. Leaves a pleasant taste. Very rfreshing!

Small bubbly-creamy shortlasting head, cloudy light reddish color. Aroma is slightly dry and strange sour-ish fruity, sour yellow apple candy, soda powder, apple peel, hay, minerals, flowers, raspberry seeds. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, sour yellow apples, sorrel, soda powder, hay, apple peel, flowers, minerals, paper, hints of raspberry seeds. Slightly harsh and dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. What the heck!?

Taste is slightly sweet sour-ish fruity, apple cores, sorrel, soda powder, sour apples, grass, hay, paper, pepper corn, weeds. Slightly watery and dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Boring and kind of artificial.

Golden, hazy with a medium white head. A hoppy aroma, with some orange and tropical fruits sense, mild malty. Light bitter with a mild hops and tropical Finnish. Enjoyable, first PL after Corona.

Mobpf for sjette gang (men nå åpner Cardinal igjen!). 0,33 flaske fra Gulating Stavanger, delt med skibsrederen. Klar lys gylden med kort bruseskum. Søte epler og hint av vanilje. Enkel og lettdrikkelig forfriskning, velegnet til varme sommerdager. Synd det bare er 7C ute akkurat nå.

Bottle shared with JMD on board Fridtjofen 11.05.20. Pale clear straw colour. Almost no head. Aroma of apples and vanilla. Taste of refreshing apples and green apples, still with a hint of vanilla. Good drinkability.
