Draft - Light buttery corn with a touch of vegetative notes. Clearish pale gold with a small white head. Light, sweet and really tastes of nothing.

Hazy with a thin head. Banana and lemon nose. Sweet hefeweizen palate with a touch of lemon acidity, more of the clean banana. So a decent hefeweizen with a hint of lemon.

Golden colour. Grainy aroma. Sweet and grainy on the palate with a sweet malty finish. Ok for what it is, which I guess is a shitty cinco de mayo beer.

Draught & bottle, Big Rock Urban. The body is a dark/medium brown, and there is not much head. The aroma has a lot of black/raspberry character with light chocolate malts. This seems like a take on the Black Bear Ale that the brewer here made when he was at Kamloops Brewery back in the day. There’s a lot of berry on the palate, with light chocolate and vague roast on the palate. Overall it’s well-balanced,with a sweeter chocolatey finish and just a hint of roasty bitterness. The fruit remain fairly noticeable throughout. A nice, lighter take on a winter ale.

Draft - Nitro - Not much on the nose. Cloudy gold with a rich white head. Spicy, creamy malts with a touch of peel. Very odd, but I like it.

Similar to the Wet Hop Centennial, but less floral. Earthier and juicier on the palate.
