On tap at Wet Dog Cafe / Astoria Brewing, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out roasted malt, chocolate and light residual sweetness. Flavour is full-on, with chocolate, licorice, and medium roast. Creamy, smooth palate, with a little too much licorice for my taste. A good stout for sure.

On tap at Wet Dog Cafe / Astoria Brewing, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out notes of roast, oats, and dry cocoa. Flavour is robust, with a good balance of roast, dry cocoa and a touch of coffee. Robust, highly flavourful but without any harshness whatsoever. Really good stout.

On tap at Wet Dog Cafe / Astoria Brewing, pours a clear amber with a medium beige head. Aroma brings out a good mix of caramel malts and resinous hops. Flavour is on the maltier side of things, with woody caramel malts upfront, backed by a nice resinous hop potency. Well-balanced, robust and without any harsh edges. Nice stuff.

On tap at Wet Dog Cafe / Astoria Brewing, pours a clear copper with a small beige head. Aroma is strong, with notes of resinous and piney hops, and caramel malts. Flavour is extremely robust and intense, with loads of woody resinous hops and just enough malt to back. Loads of IBUs on this one showing their full colours. Almost too intense - certainly a kick in the face. Excellent, but only for extreme hopheads.

On tap at Wet Dog Cafe / Astoria Brewing, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of piney hops and crisp crackery malt - a little mineraly too. Flavour is well-balanced, with loads of piney hops coating the palate. Medium astringency with a dry palate. Excellent IPA.

On tap at Wet Dog Cafe / Astoria Brewing, pours a hazy golden orange with a small beige head. Aroma brings out resinous hops and enough bready caramel malt to balance. Flavour is quite different from the Rainy Day IPA, bringing out more resinous hops above anything, with a dry woody malt finish. Very well-balanced, with a pleasant astringency. Excellent IPA.

On tap at Wet Dog Cafe / Astoria Brewing, pours a clear copper with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out dry bready malts, not a whole lot else. Flavour is quite bland, with dry bready malt and mineraly crackery notes. Not the most intriguing beer, but there's nothing really wrong. Not interesting.

On tap at Wet Dog Cafe / Astoria Brewing, pours a totally opaque cloudy faded orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out fresh strawberries, not a whole lot else. Flavour is similar, with notes of strawberries and crackery notes. Nice enough, but not to my interest. It's okay.
