Our cider starts with fresh pressed juice from 100% Northwest grown apples. We then carefully ferment it, using yeast that protects the delicate characteristics of the fruit. The results are ciders that are high quality – easy to drink, refreshing, and downright delicious. Drink it, it’s Good!

On tap at Portland Cider, pours a hazy blonde, no head. Aroma brings out crisp pears and lots of skins. Flavour is similar, with lots of crisp pears, really bringing out the dry skins. Lightly acidic and bone dry on the finish. Okay.

On tap at Portland Cider, pours a clear reddish copper, no head. Aroma brings out a strange melange of fruits, not much else to speak of. Flavour is like drinking fruit juice, with lots of sweet red fruits. Not much complexity but it's juicy and drinkable.

On tap at Portland Cider, pours a hazy blonde, no head. Nose is loaded with floral hops, crisp watermelon and medium apple skins. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of crisp watermelon and accentuated with lots of floral hops. Nicely constructed, with an acidic apple skin finish. Good.

On tap at Portland Cider, pours a cloudy dull peach, no heat. Aroma brings out fresh tropical fruits, a nice dry hops, and some spicy peppers. Flavour is quite sweet, with fresh guava upfront, with a nice floral and citrus happiness, and some light habanero. Nothing overly complex but the blend of flavours work well. Solid.

Tasted from a bottle. Pours a clear yellow color, with a few bubbles. Crisp red apples, caramel, and some lemon peel. Not too sweet. Light body, with a sharp, sticky mouthfeel. Pretty nice.

Tasted from a bottle. Clear, yellow color, with some bubbles. Apple juice, caramel, and cloves. Very sweet, with a touch of tartness. Light and crisp. Simple and solid.

355 ml can, from Vinmonopolet Kvadrat. ABV is 6.8%. Very pale yellow colour, pours moderately sparkling. Aroma of apples, a hint of orange peel. Flavour of sweet apples, malic acid, Citra hops and orange peel. A hint of sulphites.

Balcony Drink! Portland Cider Hop'rageous 6.8% Honestly I am not getting any hop aroma from this milky light gold colored cider, I mostly get a cork musty funk. Light bodied and semi-dry, the flavor starts off musty cork + apples then a citrus/orange peel with pith hit. You get some candied peach/fruit notes as well.
