500ml bottle at Beergeek, Prague on 2nd Oct 2014. Poured golden, with a slightly hazy look after the initial clear beginning: on top a white, lasting head. Mild aroma of citrus hoppiness and light malts. The taste follows along the same lines, some citrus bitterness tempered by the malts semi-sweetness. Dry, bitter finish.

(Draught at Zubaty Pes, Prague, 17 July 2014) Golden amber colour with frothy, white head. Malty, fruity nose with citrus, apricots and slightly toasty malt. Malty, fruity taste with notes of apricots, citrus, biscuity malt, orange marmalade and floral hops in a finish with a certain sweetness coming through. Medium body. Well balanced and tasty. Quite nice.

Bottle.Pitch black colour with small beige head.Aroma of licorice and tar,nice oily texture and rosted strong flavour,even with good taste of dry hops and yeast.

Bottle.Hazy dark golden colour with medium white head.Aroma is fruity of citrus and melon,medium body and smooth hopy texture is light watery with hint of caramel and herbs overall still a o.k beer.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Alexey and Refaela’s place. Thanks Alexey and Refaela. Slightly hazy golden. Aroma of diacetyl and stale hops. Sweetish and buttery flavor with malt, some stale hops and a bitter finish. Medium-bodied.

Handbottled from Richtar Jakub. Dark brown color with medium off-white head. Roasted malt, citrus hops in aroma. Taste, Roasted malt, chocolate, followed by nice portion of grapefruit hops. Grapefruit hoppy bitter finish. Good.

Tap at RJ. Aroma is roasted and hoppy. Hazy deep amber-brown colour. Stable off-white head. Taste is well balanced. Rather bitter, roasted and hoppy. The hops flavour is restrained, citrusy. Thick body, chewy mouthfeel. Easily drinkable.

Clear very dark ruby brown colour. Huge creamy beige head. Aroma floral hoppy, some coffee, very light roasty. Taste is light heavy bitter coffee and hops, roasty tartness. Minor initial malty sweetness. Long bitter roasty, almost ashy finish. After a very long while the hops reveals itself in the finish. Good balance. Very nice beer.

Trübes goldgelbes bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch fruchtig hopfig, herb. Geschmack süß malzig, herb, fruchtig bitter.
