On tap at bitter Creek boise. Pours out copper golden topped with a sand head. Nose is nice light malts some nice hop notes. Taste is more of the nice hop malt combo.

Poured into a pint glass, the appearance was a soft hazy copper color with a thin off white fizzy to semi-foamy head that dissipated fairly quick. Sly lace.
The aroma had some sweet graininess up front and then floral hops. Toast, biscuits and some toffee maltiness.
The flavor leaned towards the maltiness, somewhat sweet but straining the graininess along with the toast on into the fullness of this beer. Lingering malty aftertaste. Sly toast to floral to citrus finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Low carbonation. ABV felt fine as projected.
Overall, ok AIPA but there’s so many on the market these days and I don’t know if this was supposed to lean to the American or the English side. Sometimes I feel like I’m just supposed to throw up my hands in this day and age.

Poured into a pint glass, the appearance was a burnt yellow color with a white finger’s worth of white foamy head. Slow dissipation. Some light messy lace.
The aroma had some citrus, coriander and a perfumey flowery sort of wheaty maltiness.
The flavor had some malty wheatiness, somewhat sweet up front. Floral and citrusy perfume qualities follow in underneath. Lingering floral to wheaty aftertaste rolling into the finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a decent sessionability about it. Nice carbonation and ABV felt as projected.
Overall, pretty good Americanized witbier worthy of more pours basically in the Summer if I could get it.

The aroma had some caramel/toffee, some smoke and then some fruity esters. Light toast at the end.
The flavor blends the malty sweetness to the smoke. All seems to come together to ride on into the aftertaste and finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Moderate carbonation. Smooth on my tongue.
Overall, it’s not bad as a drinkable beer just to have whenever. But as a scottish ale, well, just seems to be alright.

On Tap at the Boise Ram Slightly hazy golden with a very slight pink hue. Fine full white head. Standard american wheat aroma with a little fruit slant. Plenty of generic "berry" flavors rather candy-ish and extract.and an otherwise light clean wheat beer.

Sample at the Columbus location. Inky black color with a medium tan head that recedes gradually to a film. Small patches of lacing on the glass. Aroma of roasted malt, chocolate and coffee. Medium to full body with a roasty malt and coffee character, and some bittersweet chocolate in the background. The finish is charred malt and coffee. Above average overall.

On Tap at the Boise Ram Murkey brown with a thin tan head. Light chocolate and toasted malts. Classic earthy slightly peaty flavors. A little light and not very "heavy" Tasty Scotch ale though and balanced and pleasant. Quite good.

Sample at the Columbus location. Slightly murky orange-amber color with a thin white head that recedes quickly to a wispy film. Short strings of lacing. Citrus, hops and malt in the nose. Medium-bodied with flavors of grapefruit, herbal hops and malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a tropical fruit and hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

Medium body with flavors of rye malt, citrus, spice and earthy hop. The finish is spicy rye and fruity hops. Decent overall.
