Hazy blond color. Fresh beer, lightly crackery, with correct bitterness, but there is nothing special about the hops.

Amber color, small head. The malt has something industrial, the hopping is zesty, as much as you can get at Ram’s, not bad.
Overall, it’s a pleasant Ale.

Bottle thanks to JohnGalt1! Pours crystal clear orange, small off-white head, good lacing. Aroma is grapefruit, tequila, melon, caramel. Flavor is medium sweet, medium bitter, grapefruit, tequila, lime, caramel. Medium body, creamy mouthfeel. Pretty interesting beer, actually.

Sampled at GABF 2014. Good smoke aroma and flavor. Smooth palate, some light wheat, and a smoked finish; could possibly be labeled as a smoked beer.

Draft pour at the Northgate restaurant. Pours a golden color with some nice, refreshing hops on the aroma. Pretty light beer with a really nice amount of grassy hop flavor. Pretty one dimensional beer. Mostly hops, but it’s cool because I love hops. Probably one of the better RAM beers in my opinion. Good beer.

Tap @ Bier Thirty. Pours a hazy copper color with a very large white head. Tons of lacing. Hops up front in the nose, mostly floral and some citrus. The taste strikes me as odd; its floral and herbal, but there is something in there that screams Chinese food... Reminds me of lo mein at the China Inn. Whatever it is, it detracts from the fresh hops in the nose and really distracted me for the entire glass.

Sample @ Hoptober Freshtival. A beautiful malty, smooth and slick marzen reminiscent of my autumns in Germany. Pretty true to the original style, and a nice break form all of the hops at this event.

On Tap at Bier:Thirty, Boise Hazy deep orange witha full and very dense white creamy head. Chunky blocky lacing. Big grassy, citrusy aroma with lots of soft notes of pale soft malts. Quite sharp and bitter with lots of floral and grassy flavots, some hay. Nice strong lingering bitter.

On tap at bier thirty. Pours out a translucent golden topped with a fluffy sand head. Nose is lots of floral perfume and sweetness. Taste is more of the floral hops and a nice grapefruit bitterness on the end.
