Draft - Sweet malt and grains. Almost like yellow raisin. Clear gold with no head. Lots of fruit esters, peach, yellow raisin and birch syrup. Light booze in the finish. Pretty decent.

Draft - Light wheat and lemon. Cloudy yellow with a thin white head. Very light wheat and citrus, but ver light. Not sure why do this and an American Wheat?

Draft - Bitter chocolate and dark roast coffee. Jet mahogany with a decent beige head. Bittersweet chocolate and slightly bitter roast malts.

Draft - Light grain and caramel. Clear amber with a decent white head. Toffee and light chocolate with a long finish. Nice and true to style.

Draft - Light wheat and citrus. Pale clear light gold with a dent white head. Nice full wheat up front with a very light sweetness and clean finish. Nice way to emphasize the wheat.

Draft - Light grapefruit hops and a bit of resin. Clear gold with a decent white head. Piney resin of the bat, with a bitter hit that fades. Nothing special.

On tap at the brewpub it is a dark brown with a slight head. It has the aroma of roasted coffee and tastes of chocolate and strong roasted coffee. That lingers bitter on the palate.

On tap at the brew pub it is a cloudy light yellow with a slight head. The aroma is of berries and malt. The taste is lemOn and berries. Rather sweet on the palate.

On draft at the LB brewpub in Hays KS. Pours black with a tan head. Light chocolate nose. Cocoa, coffee and some dark fruit flavors. Smooth, slightly bitter finish.
