1l PET bottle from Zamecky Pivovar Zabreh. Czerwona buraczana barwa.

1l PET bottle from Palace Zabreh Ostrava restaurant and brewpub. No po Havirovske Slavnosti i Scorpions fajnie usiaśc w pałacowym browarze w Ostravie. Tak Zamecki oznacza pałacowy. Czeska ironia. No mile miejsce po raz drugi odwiewdzone, stylowe. piwo rowniez stylowe i klasyczne. jedenastka nic wiecej i mniej, dobra zlocista barwa, chmielnosc z lekka slodowoscia, dobrze wyrownane i zbalanasowane.

Draught (Prague Castle Beer Festival) - Amber with a white head. Pine, caramel and wort in the aroma. Caramel, pine and some grainy and slightly citrussy notes in the taste. Not very summery.

Tap at Festival minipivovaru na Hrade. Oficially a summer ale, I am adding it as an amber, because it is. Lots of caramel in this one, also medium diacetyl. Lots of red fruits, feels oxidated too. Ungood.

Tap at the brewpub. Black pour with an off-white head. Nose is intense roasted barley with hints of chocolate and walnuts. Taste is dark chocolate, earthy notes, light bready and nutty malts. Light bodied with surprisingly soft carbonation, easy to drink.

Tap at the brewpub, kind courtesy of Marko, thanks a lot! Deep, amberish golden pour with an off-white head. Nose is honey, obviously also some interesting spicy character (mézes-mustáros pác, baszod) and bready malts. Taste is big on the bready malty notes while the honey is interestingly more subdued. There are also some herbal and grainy touches to it. Happens.

Tap at the brewpub, courtesy of Marko, thanks man!

Tap at Festival minipivovaru na Hrade. Lots of wortiness, a bit of diacetyl. Fermentation went sideways. Sad, because otherwise it shows promise. Average as is though.

Tap at the Prague castle fest. Slightly hazy amber body, off-white head, quite thick. Soft aroma, dried figs, bit perfumey, a light touch of butter. Dried fruit and caramel in the sweetish taste, red fruit and berry, thankfully far less to no bitterness, ending a bit bitter. Actually, after the initial so-so feeling, this is quite nice!
