Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a large dark brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of huge black chocolate notes with some very dominant bourbon and vanilla notes. Taste is a wonderful mix of huge bourbon notes with some vanilla, woody notes, sweet black chocolate notes and light roasted malt notes. Body is full with nice creamy texture and good carbonation with some alcohol is also perceptible. Superb BA stout and surprise this is not more hyped.

A deep dark stout with no head. In aroma, sweet chocolate malt with loads of molasses, dark fruits, licorice, alcohol warmth, very nice and complex. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with loads of licorice, bourbon barrel, very nice and complex. Bottle at Big Deck tasting July 2019.

Taste at the Brick Store Pub. Pours a light, hazy, yellow color, with a medium, frothy, white head. The aroma is tangerine, salt, big cream, and lime. Sweet and fruity, with a big tartness. Sharp and acidic, with a thick, creamy palate. Fun and creative beer. Absolute dreamsicle.
