Taste is sweet, honey, wood barrel, bourbon, vanilla, some coconut-like hints, booze. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, warming boozy finish. Very sippable

Clear gold. Strong nose of alcohol and sugar. Rich fig flavor with fig palate.

Honey and apple nose. Clear amber, still. Honey, sweet, slightly savory, grape, cardamom. Medium body, smooth, very warm. Spicing is subtle, thankfully. Fig addition is there but not distinct. I had hoped for a more obvious fig presence, but this is a lovely mead.
