Cask at Callister, Vancouver
Blond colour, quite clean, frothy sprinkler head. Some smell of apples. Simple malt base with infinitesimal biscuit, the lack of carbonation and high temperature don't play in favour, lightly earthy and herbaceous in the finish.
Ok British Golden.

Draught at Callister, Vancouver
Black colour. At first, nice aroma of coffee, breakfast time. Lean body, even dry, but with some dark chocolate note blending with the coffee. The roast bean character in the finish is very high, ashy, with mild acidity.
Somehow good, if not elegant.

Draught at Callister, Vancouver
Broght, deep blond coloir, clean. Light bread aroma, mild bread flavour, a bit of hay, expected low bitterness, touch of vegetable in the finish.
Not bad.

Draught at Callister, Vancouver
Dark amber colour, bright and clean, with compact beige head. Good strength, burnt sugar and caramel profile, some English yeast character, but also a bit earthy and some vegetable bitterness in the end.
Similar to my current appreciation of a Fullers Vintage Ale, not bad, but not my kind of beer. A good beer anyway.

Dullish haze. Light amber. Bubbly head. Light nose. On the palate, it's minty and has an almost celery-like note. It's really not coming across as elderflower to me, but I'm not fussed. It's still tasty.
