Draft - Creamy wheat and a touch of yeast. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Light wheat and some citrus with a light finish. Touch of yeasty notes throughout.

Draught at Callister
Cloudy brown color, no head. The aroma has dark malts, caramel, and funky yeast, but also a large amount of dark fruits, some berries, some balsamic. Good body strength, it still has some residual sweetness; good malt flavor, caramel, lightly bready, with balsamic, orange peel, cherry pits; nice degree of acidity, and mild astringency in the final.
An easily drinkable and well constructed Dark Sour, excellent.

Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
Cloudy golden color with compact head. The fruity hops (orangey, tropical) blends well with a moderate Belgian spicy flavor, it’s moderately sweet, full bodied, and provides alcohol warmth. The bitterness level balances the sugar. A lot of character here.
I like it, it’s like a Double IPA.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma is fairly fruity, with some resinous hops and floral notes. Flavour is similar, with resinous hops, tropical fruits and dry caramel malt. Quite hot / boozy as well, though in not too detracting a way. Decently balanced but pretty amateurish for a double IPA. Okay.

Draft - Lots of aromatic fruity Belgian yeasts. Cloudy gold with a small white head. Grainy, sweet stone fruit and a bitter finish.

On tap at Callister, pours a deep dark mahogany with a small head. Aroma brings out lots of tart cherries, a touch of balsamic and some candied sugar. Flavour is bone dry compared to the aroma, with lots of dry cherries, lots of tartness, and a touch of balsamic. Too dry for what it is, but it's quite nice. Very nice.

Draft - Cocoa and dark fruity notes. Clear copper with a rich beige head. Nice cocoa and some toast

Draught at Callister
Clean dark amber to brown color with compact head. Bases on dark caramel rather than roasted malts, dry but with a food body structure, with too mild aroma but more powerful flavor, and overall some fresh fruity esters.
Balanced, clean, nice Brown Ale.

On tap at Callister, pours a hazy amber brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out notes of bready malt and toasted notes. Flavour is dry and crisp, with toasted malt and crusty bread. Clean and drinkable, with a little more roast than the average brown. Very nice.
