On tap at Callister, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Nose brings out notes of honey, straw and cereal malt. Flavour is clean and pleasant enough, with dry cereal malt and just enough honey notes. Clean and well-designed, but not overly interesting.

Draft - Lots of estery Belgian notes. Clear gold with a decent white head. Tastes as it smells and a tea leaf finish.

On tap at Callister, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Nose brings out a weird mix of the slices, with flowers, Belgian yeast and earthier spices. Flavour is similar, with juniper and rosehip upfront - the Belgian yeast and filthier, earthy qualities kick in later. Not a fan of this. Way too much random shit thrown together, and it comes out messy and confused.

On tap at Callister, pours an opaque cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of Belgian yeast, some fruity orangey notes, and some residual sweetness. Flavour is along the same lines, with a good mix of rustic farmhouse notes, moderate fruitiness, and a touch of residual sweetness that is well-situated. Surprisingly authentic. The yeast imparts quite a complex flavour profile that is deficient in so many North American attempts of saisons. Very nice stuff.

Draught at Callister
Cloudy dark blond color, small head. Moderately spicy, not sweet or fruity like other American Saisons, but it has an evident vegetable touch that is undesirable; light residual sweetness with apricot impression; correct bitterness.
Not too bad.

On tap at Callister, pours a crystal clear copper golden with a tiny white head. Aroma is subtle, with light oranges - not much else. Flavour is much the same, with oranges upfront very subtly. Body is quite weak and watery. Not very impressive stuff.

Draft - Light toast and toffee. Deep dark clear brown with a nice beige head. Toast, toffee, some twig. Not bad.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 5.5
Draft - Toffee and light grain. Clear copper with a decent beige head. Bitter peel and light caramel malts. A bit too much citrus peel bitterness that lingers a bit too long.
