Has good deep brown body with some nice foam, smells of nice bitter biscuit, chewy molasses. Flavour is more nice biscuit, slightly chewy, brown sugar lingers but it's a little thin. Not bad.

Okay cloudy yellow body, smells of heavy chewy fake hops and ends akin to Tang. Flavour is fresh pineapple, slight pine, soft chalk, crisp and dry finish. A unique meld, fruity in all the right ways.

650 ml bottle. Pours mahogany with little head. Aromas of biscuity malts, sweet raisins and a bit of soap. Really not much flavour. Very neutral thin malts with light alcohol and finishes with some peat and heat. Like a very watered down very malty whiskey

Good black body and nice beige foam I assume though it was poured too high. Very good black coffee on the nose though it retains that styrofoam character from carbonation. Flavour is excellent smooth espresso, slight smoothness, full and easy. Like a coffee dessert in a glass. Even Callister can pleasantly surprise me.

Murky copper body and good foam, soft burnt caramel aroma. Flavour is deep chocolate syrup and bitter molasses. Full and good oiliness, but again there's that blunt instrument quality to the thing, someone needs to learn to dance.

Cloudy pink body and okay foam, soft sweet nondescript fruit on the nose. Flavour is soft hairy berry, tinniness, soft lingering sugar, okay carbonation, slight smokiness. Yes you managed to mash some berries and call it a sour beer but you failed to make it sing.

On tap at Callister, pours a clear amber with a small beige head. Aroma reveals a nice gentle whiskey barrel character, smoky peated malt, and bready caramel. Flavour is barrel-heavy, with lots of whiskey, gentle smoke, heaps of caramel, and a touch of dark fruit. Really nice barrel character and the base beer provides good support. Not too sweet or boozy, with plenty of depth. Surprisingly great.

On tap at Callister, pours a cloudy bright pinkish red with a small pink-tinged white head. Aroma is full of yogurt, with gentle blackberries in back—not a fan of that lacto character. Flavour is lacto galore, with intense yogurty character, complemented by plenty of blackberry. The fruit character is nice; the sour base, less so. Pleasant enough for what it is, but it's nothing special.

On tap at Callister, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out dry espresso upfront, moderate roast, and some burnt notes. Flavour reveals burnt espresso, day old cup of coffee, and earthiness. The coffee character is intense but isn't the most pleasant. It's not bad, but this could easily be improved.
