Chestnut colour, thin head. Rich toffee aroma with a little whisky character. Medium body, a bit hot and headsy, lowish bitterness and medium sweetness. Not my balance, but not unbalanced.

Poured from the tap. Very dark brown with small beige head. Tons of coffee, feint roast and bitter finish. Decent, but a little one note with the coffee.

473 ml can. 4.5%. Pours black with full head of big bubbles. Aromas of oily roasted malts. Flavors of roasted malts, barley and some acidic nuts. Pretty much a dry stout but it’s got that acidic thing going on.
