On tap at Callister, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is yogurty, with lots of strawberry and peachy pure upfront. Flavour is soapy and yogurty, with cheap strawberry and peachy pure in the background. Little depth and pretty lame overall.

On tap at Callister, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma reveals gently tart cherry and lacto on the base. Flavour brings out lots of phenols, which totally destroy this. There's some cherry here, but the phenolic notes impart a nasty burnt rubber character that makes this undrinkable. How can you sell this shit? For a brewery that's been around a few years now, this is inexcusable.

On tap at Callister, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma reveals some fairly bitter piney hops and crisp biscuity malt base—doesn't seem all that well calibrated. Flavour is somewhat harsh and lacking integration, with bitter piney hops, pine cones, and biscuity malt on the underside. I appreciate the west coast style attempt, given how much hazies have taken over, but this is harsh and lacking balance. Needs work.

On tap at Callister, pours a clear dark amber with a small white head. Aroma is full of earthy coffee upfront, with red fruits underneath. Flavour is coffee- and red-fruit- forward, with a nice integration between the two. Low residual sweetness, finishing equal parts coffee and red fruits. Nicely crafted.

On tap at Callister, pours a hazy murky golden with a small white head. Aroma is fairly laid back, with gentle rustic farmhouse notes and subdued fermented out honey. Flavour is gently sweet, with residual sweetness from the honey, some rustic notes, and a touch of funk. There's some depth to this that is quite pleasing. Decent job with this.

Good cherry and chocolate aroma, though slightly fake, has good black body and modest foam. Flavour is good cherry and chocolate, sweet but not excessive. Mouthfeel is full but a little tepid, cask ales don't have to be like this, someone should tell the people at Callister. However it delivers what's promised in an average manner.

Soft hops aroma, has congealed cask foam, on a semi-cloudy gold body. Flavour is soft cereal and some honey. Mouthfeel is full but sugariness lingers. This is a pretty weak affair.
