Cask at Callister
Clear golden color with compact sprinkler head. Compared to the hazelnut/chestnut, thus one seems mellower, with more prominent hazelnut syrup flavor and without the smokey edge of the chestnuts; it’s smooth but rather dry, and a bit of wood astringency in the final.
Pleasant.

Cask at Callister
Cloudy dark brown color with creamy head. The aroma is toasty, almost coffeish, a bit dusty and bready. Soft mouthfeel, that fits well with the moderately roasty malts, a lot of biscuits, some chocolate, and a earthy character.
Finally a beer with character from Real Cask, and quite original too.

Draught at Callister
Cloudy blond color. The usual simple Summer Ale as base, very little fruit, maybe some acidity in the end is a sign of the pineapple.
Not bad but too simple. Easy drinkable at least.

Cloudy blond color with persistent head. It smells a bit like the beer collected under the taps at the end of the shift, and the sour taste, light, is indeed accidental; it’s somehow lime the blend of acidity and bitterness that you can get from grapefruit, minus the citrus; it has some light grape fruitiness though.
Weird beer; for this time I will think it’s drinkable, but if I’m in a different mood I won’t be surprised to think it’s undrinkable.

This cask has "More dark malts after fermentation: darker, more roasty, sweeter, less alcohol"
Pitch black color with compact beige head. Mild aroma of dark malts, roasty. Soft mouthfeel, some chocolate flavor, but it seems to me that the flavor is not fully developed, and it’s a bit more metallic than the cask at Callister. A bit minty in the finish.
A nice stout anyway.

2015-10-15, cask at Callister, 6-4-6-3-12=31
Black color; small beige head. A moderate roasted malt aroma and flavor goes through this beer, with some dark rye bread flavor, a bit of ashes in the final; mild bitterness; the cask format seems to fit this beer.
Nice Stout.

Draft - Dark and overripe sweet fruit. Jet maroon with almost no head. Dark fruits and some nice light bitterness. Maybe closer to a porter, but nice.

Cask at Callister
Light amber color, clean, with small creamy head. The aroma is buttery and fruity, seems off. Soft mouthfeel, quite warm, doesn’t feel to be too dry, but it’s obviously weak; flavor of unfermented malt, a bit toasty in the final, with ordinary bitterness. Too timid; at this gravity in England somebody brews better stuff. But not too bad.

On cask at Callister, pours black when a reddish tinge and a small white head. Aroma brings out some toasted bready malt and a touch of cocoa. Flavour is very laid back, with bready malt, some caramel and a little toasted nuts. Very English character to the malts. Light-to-medium bodied for a stout. Not so exciting but it's clean and inoffensive.

On cask at Callister, pours a cloudy murky orangey yellow with a large white head. Nose is bizarre, with brett, dry hopping and tartness. Flavour is earthy and bitter, with some brett funk, super bitter dry hopping and a light tartness. Not entirely cohesive but it's a cool experiment for what it is. Okay.

Draft - Light soured grains. Hazy gold with a nice white head. Grassy, bright leafy bitterness and a sweet bitter finish. A bit of carb would make this awesome, but as an English style not quite there.
