Bottled. Cloudy deep golden, brief head. Citric nose with plenty of overripe banana and white pepper. Sweet and fruity, hard but somewhat syrupy mouthfeel, medium body. Notes of phenols and mustards seeds. Sugary finish with near no bitterness. A correct, but unrefined weizen. Don’t mind this in the sun, but falls way short in a head to head comparison with the better Bavarian examples.

Bottled. Cloudy nut brown, rich head. Cloudy caramel aroma. Sweet with unfirm, sticky mouthfeel. Buttery and caramelly, low on hops with medium body. Warming finish with low bitterness. Rather messy and amateurish.

Bottled at Carlsens Kvarter, Odense. Hazy nut brown, small head. Caramelly nose. Sweet with medium-full body and rounded syrupy mouthfeel. Toffeeish and quite eventless, the spices seem tired. Low bitterness.

Bottle, courtesy of Dedollewaitor. Ahazy, yellow-golden beer with a small, dense, off-white head. Typical weissbier aroma, but weak and a bit on the “discount” side. Banana, wheat and cloves. Some lemon in the flavor, but mostly banana. Cloves and some bitterness blends in, finishing with banana, wheat and a fine bitterness. Medium body, effervescent. Not bad, but far from the best weissbiers. 110129

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of Dedollewaitor. Pours a hazy yellow with a very lively and frothy white head leaving quite some lacework. Odd perfumy and yeasty aroma. Medium body, sweet malt and fruit, almost coriandery. Some dusty hops and phenols. Very dry bitterness. Not horrible, but if the intention was a clean Lager then this beer failed miserably. 100511
