On tap at Narrows, pours an opaque cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is full of bright citric acid — lots of lemon and lime — with a touch of salinity and lacto underneath. Flavour is very citric and puckering, with lots of lemon and lime, lots of salinity, and light lacto. Fun lemon/lime alcodrink, but doesn't feel like a gose.

On tap at Narrows, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma reveals plenty of piney hops, some grapefruit rind, and a touch of sweatiness. Flavour is a whole lot better, with sleek piney hops dominating, along with some stone fruit, light grapefruit rind, and just enough biscuity malt to back. Piney, nicely bitter yet balanced finish. Excellent.

Draft pour pint enjoyed at Hop and Hound. Bright, glowing haze, loose foam head and lacing. Smooth and easy drinking hazy with some refreshing grapefruit and orange fruit character. Very juicy taste, biscuit grain background. Solid hazy with a west coast side to it. Quite nice!

Botttle at share. Inky black pour, ring of brown head. Roasty, chocolaty aroma, light coffee. Taste adds a hint of vanilla, more dark chocolate notes, thick, syrupy. Nice.

Opaque grapefruit juice color and citrus aroma. Thick creamy head. Flavor is tart grapefruit citrus with mild sweetness. Hop flavor is rich but fades quickly leaving a mild aftertaste.

16 oz can poured. Assuming this is the 2020 version of a series of IPA's that have come out over the years around Halloween time, but this is the first time I've come across it. Solid brew here. Soft haze, golden appearance. Nice, citrus fruit like aroma. Refreshing taste from the very start. Juicy, melon like hop quality. Lingering low bitter melon fruit finish. Cool, tasty IPA here.

16 oz can poured, picked up at Hop and Hound. When I bought these cans, I was pretty set on trying these side by side. Made it a reality tonight! Both delicious, but I think I might like this one a tiny bit more. However, this rating will not be a comparison rate, but on the individual beer, which it is fantastic on its own. Bright juicy haze, thick lemon yellow appearance, cream foam head. Gentle, juicy hops up front, very low bitter. Very citrus filled aroma and taste. Cool and refreshing. Lingering tropical and citrus combo just adds to the refreshment. Easy drinking, delicious IPA here.

16 oz can poured, picked up at Hop and Hound. Picked up with another brew that appears to be in a series with this one, so I may need to go side by side here with the two in a minute. Nothing but pleasant beers from these guys, so this was a pleasant can to look at, and a no brainer purchase all around. Dense juicy orange haze, rocky loose foam head. Aroma has a sweet cream element to it, some fruity hops, juicy overall. Flavor isn't far off from the same. Its really refreshing, but at the same time has a bold flavor throughout. It's thick, and creamy, but is bitter too. Notes of orange fruit round it out nicely in the late palate. Orange peel like bitterness. Smooth and very tasty hazy IPA here.

16 oz can poured, picked up at Hop and Hound. Initially picked this up because I love everything that Narrows has done so far, but I would have picked it up from anybody based on the can art alone. Nice pour, golden orange, moderate haze, plenty of cream foam head and lacing. A bit of a two coast hybrid for me. Has a juicy, creamy side to it, but it's not too much. Also a bit of a sharp, bitter hop bite. Bold malt bill isn't hidden under the hops here. Flavorful, and it lingers. Soft orange notes on the aroma. Biscuit grains, and a smooth, cool, finish. Really refreshing IPA. This just furthers my need to get down to Tacoma, stay the night, and really explore all the new and old breweries. You know.. once we are allowed to and all.
