Can at Matt's
Cloudy blond colour. Cloudy and very pale. Nice citrusy hops aroma. The mouthfeel is too dry and weak; not getting much from the malts; salty finish.

Has some haze, not much head. Big, bright hop aroma with papaya, peach, and some weedy notes. Moderate bitterness, really nice papaya with a pithy grapefruit accent.

16 oz. can, pours a cloudy bright yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright dank hops, with plenty of yeast, and some stone fruit pith. Flavour is fruity and dank, with pithy stone fruits, bitter dank hops, and crisp biscuity malt. Dank and bitter, without a lot of depth. Decent.

Really enjoying the IPA's (and all beers really), that have been hitting the shelves at my local from these guys. Really makes visiting the waterfront tasting room an absolute must next time I'm in the Tacoma area. A fantastic imperial here, and ideal for capping off a long day. Golden orange with a moderate haze, tons of rocky foam head. Really refreshing taste, a slightly herbal note to it. Melon, juicy hops. Orange fruit and earthy malt aroma. Main thing for me with this IIPA is that it just drinks so smoothly. Add this brew to my where was this during baseball season series. Very good.

Can thanks to Sarah! Pours a hazy rusty orange with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is full of sweet citrus with a touch of light grain underlying. Flavor has earthy citrus supported light flora and light grains.

16 oz can poured, picked up at Hop and Hound. Another delicious IPA that I wish was around during the summer heat and baseball games. Juicy orange pour, hazy, with a rocky foam head. Aroma is a quiet pils like grain, with some hints of citrus and spices. Cool, smooth first taste. The wheat and pils grain don't go unnoticed, though it is a unique and interesting hop bill over the top. It's juicy, but not a super haze bomb as far as flavor goes. More of a sharp secondary taste, which I actually prefer. Low bitter, and the pils grain remains on the palate. Overall a really fun IPA that would fit in nicely in a regular rotation with other Narrows brews. Very good stuff.

Tasting at Matt's, can
Cloudy blond colour. Smells sweaty and a bit resiny, the mouthfeel is smooth, a bit too chewy, with resiny hops, bitter orange; a bit dirty, but very good.
