Taster at the Growler Garage. Pours a clear, orange color, with a small, khaki head. The aroma is raspberry, cinnamon, caramel, and lime. Sweet and syrupy, with a mild tart flavor. Light body, with an acrid, sticky, and slick mouthfeel. Interesting and fruity, but a little acrid.

Taster at the Craft Bar. Pours pale yellow, with a small, white head. The nose is pomegranate, cloves, grains, hay, hibiscus, and aloe. Sweet and sugary, with a light, crisp, bitter bite. Medium body, with a crisp, hard palate. Interesting, but not great.

Just a nice hoppy ale. Good citrus notes, slight resin, slight floral. Dry biscuity malts provide a nice platform. Balanced finish, very drinkable. Golden-amber color, medium head.

I almost love this. Which i guess is a weird way of saying I like it. So it's nominally in the farmhouse style, a style I love. But it has some phenolics, particulary some banana and clove like elements, to go with an almost watery palate. But it also has a nice hop component, understated but slightly floral and resinous. Also a nice doughiness.

Neat that this is from Debary. It's a nice beer, well built with a good recipe. It really comes across almost like a witbier, though without pronounced wheatiness. It's the yeast, high on phenols, mostly banana, a touch of clove and vaguely medicinal. I don't love phenolic beers, but in this case i thought it worked out. I'd def like to try more from them.
