Bottle at EBF08, 2006 version, two years old. Vinous aroma, hint of port. Beautiful clear deep red colour. Quite sweet flavour, OK vinous. Some soft fruit. Ends with a very dry bitterness. The bitterness is rough and stays on the tongue for a long time. Needs more time.

draft. A hazy light golden beer with a huge orangey head. The aroma is has extremely strong notes of aspargus - which I find very lovely. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of aspargus on a lightly malty back ground, leading to a dry spicy finish. I really like this as a summer beer drink it together with shrips and new potatoes.
