[ As Boxing Cat Full Nelson Saison ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, moderate hoppy, citrus, moderate yeasty, saison yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate ot heavy bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, seet yeast, citrus - fruit, saison yeast, hoppy. Vom Faß ("handpump") im GLB # 45, Peking. - Schönes Rotgold, leicht trüb; dünne Schaumdecke. - In der Nase mild-süßes Karamelmalz und elegante herbfruchtige Hopfennoten, die entfernt an Tee erinnern. - Antrunk überraschend weich karamelmalzig-süß mit elegantem, komplexem Malz und Anklängen an Honig. Mild floraler Hopfen, der im Abgang beträchtliche Herbe entfaltet. Blumige Tee-Noten gehen in elegante Orangenschalen-Herbe über. Sehr wenig rezent, fast schal, was den schönen Malzaromen zu voller Entfaltung verhilft. Im Abgang elegant fruchtige, an chinesischen Schwarztee erinnernde, nur leicht bittere Hopfenherbe. - Hochoriginelle Kreation mit schönen Tee-Anklängen.
