Bottle 50 cl. Pours a surprisingly clear, deep orangey golden with an off-white head. Sweet bubblegummy nose. Rich malty, fruity body with an almost candy like sweetness. Quite some late bittering hops don't really balance things out. 140324

Bottle 50 cl. Pours opaque black with a smallish, light brown head. Rhum, roast and oak in the nose faint glue. Rich, roasty, licoricey body with some rum notes, but oak not so much. Quite an alcohol burn in the finish. 060324

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear, reddish brown with a small, beige head. Faint roasty nose with a hint of ginger snap spices. Medium body, again a clean, faint roastiness, and again no real traces of honey but more of a faint spice note. Decent finishing bitterness. Well brewed. 050324

Bottle 50 cl. Thick, jet black molasses thick pour with a tiny, rough light brown head. Leaves very visible curtains inside the glass. Intense Bourbon aroma atop some sweet roast. Quite a boozy nose. Rich, heavy body with a solid sweetness. Notes of licorice and vanilla, oak and Bourbon. Barrelaging is not a 100% clean, but the flaws are minor. Rich, sweet and warming finish, but surprisingly less boozy than the nose suggested. Delicious. 270224

Bottle 50 cl. Clear nutty brown with a small, off-white head - not really golden at all! Biscuity, caramelly nose. Medium body, plenty of sweet and toasty crystal malts with little bitterness. Something went wrong here either in the naming or in the recipe as this is a straight up Amber Ale, and very decent as such! 260224
