CBC. Yellow with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, yeast, hop and butter. Flavour is malt, fruit, yeast, butter, caramel, medium sweet, herbs, hop and a little bitter.

CBC. Amber with no head. Aroma is malt, fruit, caramel, yeast, dark fruit, spices and berries. Flavour is malt, caramel, spices, berries, sweet, warming and notes of alcohol.

Tap@CBC 2015, Green Session - pours gold with a white head. Aroma and taste is grassy with straw, hay, yeasty, some herbal nuances throughout, acidic, grape like, and light on the palate, light floral.
