Description
The ILLEGAAL brewery brings together artists and brewers around a common project: creating the best beers possible in order to produce, support and share artistic projects.
The idea is not revolutionary but common sense: in Belgium, beer accompanies cultural events, vernissages, concerts, shows and various gatherings. Through beer, we want to share our Art and defend the social, political and philosophical values that unite our collective.

12/IV/25 - 33cl can from Geers (Oostakker), shared @ holiday in France, BB: n/a, label over the printed date on the can, couldn’t get it off (2025-343)
A little cloudy blond to light beige beer under a big aery irregular white head, a little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: funky, weird, lactobacillus, spicy touch, a bit herbal, slightly smoky. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: gentle acidity, a little bitter, some tannins, black tea, lactic acid, a bit lemony. Aftertaste: more acidic, lemony, a bitter touch, dry finish, some peaches, tannins, pleasant and refreshing, but lacking a bit in complexity.

Kolor herbaciany, zamglony.

Bottle from Sylvester Bar, pours a somewhat hazy golden orange with a small white head. Nose is full of tired, sweaty hops, earthiness, and cardboard. Flavour is pretty messed up, with tired, sweaty hops and cardboard. Some major things wrong here.

33cl can chez Savage Restaurant, Ixelles.

Pours dark, chocolatty brown. Huge, off-white head. Scent is mildly chocolate, tad crispy underneath. Taste is farily bitter. Crunchy dark malts. Tad chocolaty. Very enoyable.
