Description
We are committed with excellent beer!
If we must, without profit... but always excellent beer!
Pedro Souza devoted himself body and soul to the development of his own craft brewery, which he founded in September 2013 in Alvarelhos, Trofa.
At the beginning of 2015, the result of "a lot of resilience and persistence" comes out on the market: the first ready-to-serve beers produced by Post Scriptum Brewery. Today, the Trofa brewer is proud to see the business he built by himself "grow every month".

Tap @ Beer Station, Lisbon. Pours a generally clear golden amber with a well-appointed white collar. Sweet malt aroma. Seems to be another Portuguese IPA reliant on a malty sweet character, quite flavoursome and full-on, solid bitter edge. Old-school.

330ml bottle from Beer Cascais. Pours a misty unclear gold, good frothy white head. Aroma presents an assorted fruit medley that entices you in. Taste is similarly bright and fruity with enthusiastic carbonation. Quite a flavoursome little fellow.

(Keg at Sori Taproom, 20190115) The beer poured reddish brown and clear. Its head was small and white. Aroma had caramel, berries and candy sugar. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, candy sugar, berries, lightly tartness and medium bitterness. Aftertaste had berries, tartness and bitterness. A rather weird brew. Not awful though.
