Description
We are committed with excellent beer!
If we must, without profit... but always excellent beer!

Pedro Souza devoted himself body and soul to the development of his own craft brewery, which he founded in September 2013 in Alvarelhos, Trofa.

At the beginning of 2015, the result of "a lot of resilience and persistence" comes out on the market: the first ready-to-serve beers produced by Post Scriptum Brewery. Today, the Trofa brewer is proud to see the business he built by himself "grow every month".

Draught @ Sori Taproom (as Cerverejia Heroica Cryo Hoperation). Pours slightly hazy orange with a smooth head. Aroma of chewy juicy fruits, citrus, orange peel, pine and blood orange. Taste is smooth and juicy with loads of orange peel, blood orange, some citrus and yuzu notes. Finish is smooth and slightly juicy with some tartish tropical fruits, blood orange, zesty orange peel and yuzu. Interesting, quite exotic fruity NEIPA. Not super fresh though.
