Wheaty and yeasty aroma, notes orange peel, coriander seeds and cloves. Flavour of wheat, citrus and loads of Christmas spices, moderate hops in the finish. .

Pour is a hazy gold with a large white head. Aroma is like white wine with some faint whiffs of the oak. Flavor is way more of the oak barrel with some vanilla and a nice spice and yeast ester. Finish has just a touch of alcohol and some bourbon is left on the tongue. This is good stuff with a perfect mix of Belgian and bourbon.

Thanks Clark. Red colored brew, some soapy. Nose is thick and rich cherries and some chocolate and barrel. Tates of vanilla, cherry, fruitbrolluos, malty, barrel. Very rich flavored and lightly sour.

Old fashioned? Bourbon is notable with fresh, juicy, lightly waxy fruit. Meat, puree, skin...malty and clean with soft funk but lower acidity.
Soft, juicy, meaty, rich and malty with intense cherry, honey and bourbon. Quite tart. Wow this is so intense for Allagash but lovely.

Can at home, party favor from ClarkVV. Orange pour and minimal head little flat looking. Nose is lovely coffee bean and caramel. Tastes of coffee beans. Vanilla, toffee, soft fruits some breadiness. Hint of booze. Mellow palate
