Bottle. An unclear dark orange-golden colored beer with a dense, finger-thick off-white head. The aroma has cloves, banana, white bread and caramel, with some lemon and a flowery hint. It's quite effervescent, medium bodied and quite dry, with a soft bitterness. Cloves, banana, herbal hints, caramel, bread, dough and lemon in the flavor, with a light flowery hint towards the end, where also the juniper show up. The label says it's a witbier, to me it feels more like a weissbier, and further reading makes me wonder if the brewery has any idea of the differences between the two. Not that it matters much, it's not a very good beer anyway, but at least flawless. 221230
