Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy amber with a creamy, beige head. Sweet burned caramel nose, a whiff of wood and also a discreet but fleeing note of phenols. Very rich and potent body, a little cherry, massive, massive woodiness - bordering a little much, yet I still very much enjoy it. Rather hot finish. Good one though! 220313

Flaska från SB, påsköl 2013. Skulle definiera den som en belgisk IPA. Bärnstensfärgad med högt smutsvitt skum. Stor fruktig doft av nypressade citrufrukter, mango, passionsfrukt och tallskott. En torr, frisk, fruktig och relativt besk smak. Massor av citrus och citrusbeska men också drag av andra tropiska frukter, gröna druvor, päron, honungsmelon och tall. Lite tvålig och en antydan till kokta grönsaker i eftersmaken, annars riktigt bra. Jag gillar kombinationen belgisk jäst US-humle, funkar nästan alltid. Riktigt bra.

Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, fruity - berries, yeasty - baking yeast, rapsberry notes. From tap at Fermentoren. Pours pitch black and a creamy tan head. Roasted malty, coffee and toffee. Solid coffee and toffee caramelish. Bitter, roasted caramelish. Sweet, rather bitter. Lingering coffee, lingering caramelish. Bitter and roasted finish.

From tap at Fermentoren. Pours hazy orange with a small dense white head. Aroma is smooth crisp citrusy and grapes hoppy. Lemon zest. Smooth fruity, crisp bitter hoppy. Grapefruity. Dry and solid bitter. Grassy to light herbal. Bitter and grapefruity to peachy finish. Bone dry finish.
