Kaunis, punertava olut runsaalla vaahdolla, joka jättää reilusti pitsiä. Tuoksussa jonninlaista eksoottista etelän hetelmää, tähän nenään ei oikein muuta. Maku on hienoista hedelmävivahdetta lukuunottamatta käytännössä vain katkera. Hieman omenaa vivahteena. Keskitäyteläinen, suutuntuma ei siis kuitenkaan missään nimessä vetinen pienistä prosenteista huolimatta. Mutta ei tässä kyllä mitään hyvääkään pahemmin ole. Paha pettymys, ulkonäkö petti tässä tapauksessa. Kuin huonoa lambicia joisi.

Bottle. Ruby-brown color. Aroma: pure honey, wildness, caramel, smoke, whisky. Taste: honey, caramel, oak, nectar, sweet. Very good one.

Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours an almost clear, dark amber with an off-white head. Woody, vinous oxidized aroma - delicious. Rich body, some burned caramel, again wood and oxidization in the lead. Sufficient hops to keep some balance although the beer is hot and clearly more than 9%. R.I.P. Stronzo - you really started out with a bang! 160616

Bottle. Nice creamy head with excellent duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are rich chocolate, coffee, licorice, wood, citrus and hops. Long bitter finish with some smoke as well.

0,33l bottle at home from trade with Zakoon, big thanks. BB 11/2017. black color, small dark coffee-colored head. smells of coffee, espresso, roast, bit milky, light wood, some bitter herbs, bit musty. nice smell. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes a bit roasted, licorice, a bit dusty, some bitter chocolate, a bit bitter herbal, spices, peppery. finishes lightly roasted with notes of licorice and bitter herbs. decent one, taste was a bit dusty, not very prounounced / lacking some coffee notes, overall still quite nice though.

Breakfast beer split in the Fart Dungeon, SF, thanks to Viktor 29/01/16. Black topped with a dirty tan covering. Nose is big on coffee grinds, peppery spice, wooded notes, chocolate, dark malts. Taste comprises chocolate, spice, less intense coffee than the nose, dark roast, toffee fudge. Full bodied, oily viscous feel,, sweet close with a rising boost level. Not at all bad.

Bottle at Haket, Göteborg, on January 30, 2016.Black color, dark brown head. Bourbon, alcohol, raisin taste. Mellow, smooth mouthfeel, no bitterness. Very nice! Some sweet aftertaste. Bourbon, vanilla scent.

Bottle shared in SF - many thanks to big Vik. Pours deep brown with a foamy off-white head. The nose holds hard ashy roast, baking cocoa, burnt wood. Heavy sweet flavor, lots of thick ashy roasted malts, bitter chocolate, scorched earth. Full bodied, chewy, with fine carbonation. Cloying sweetness in the finish, more harsh ash, sugary chocolate, dark fruits. Novel, but only enjoyable in small doses.
