Pour is a hazy yellow with a large white head. Aroma is a pineapple and those green grapes you get at the grocery store. Flavor is a mild fruity hop with a barley there bitterness. Finish is clean and everything is gone after the swallow. This was decent but nothing over the top. The fruity hops are there but there is no distinguishing of one particular fruit.

I don't get much of the tropical fruit flavors and I don't know how much it is in the Northeast Style but it is a very nice IPA. Lots of citrus and fresh hops with a hint of perfume enough malt that stand up to it and perfect carbonation and body. Ditto the Finish very drinkable.

750ml pours with a pappery opaque pale copper body that supports a thin bright white head. The aroma is inviting with earthy paper basement sliding into some pineapple and then mild funky cheesy feet. The taste delivers nice earthy funky basement, some tarted up pineapple fruitiness and then running into more and more puckering tartness. Yummy. Refreshing and funky and earthy.

Bottle pours with a clear rosy colored body that supports a thin white head. The aroma offers up cherry berry notes and a tart sensation. The taste delivers tart cherry and crushed aspirin. It stays fruity berry like and tart right into the finish.

On tap at Council, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out Belgian yeast and candied sugar. Flavour is along the same lines, dialling in the Belgian yeast very well, with light candied sugar and a hint of alcohol. Nice use of the yeast - much better than the usual North American attempt. Good stuff.
