On tap at Council, pours a hazy dull golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light oak, with wild yeast, vinous notes and acid. Flavour is somewhat acidic, with wild yeast, oak and a hint of white wine barrel. Dry and acidic on the finish, with a solid wild yeast expression. Nice stuff.

On tap at Council, pours a deep dark mahogany / dark brown with a small white head. Aroma brings out tart dark fruits, oak and light wild yeast. Flavour is loaded with intense, tart boysenberries, with light oak and balsamic. Very aggressive, woody, fruity and balsamic on the finish. Rough but delicious.

On tap at Council, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out tart apricots, with light oak and seltzery notes. Flavour is quite acidic, with lots of tart apricots upfront, with subdued oak and wild yeast. Too acidic but it's still fun, just difficult to drink in more than tiny quantities. Decent.

On tap at Council, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out oak, some vinous notes, and some citrus. Flavour is lightly tart, with oak, grainy notes, wild yeast and acid. Fairly acidic on the finish, with an oaky citric finish. Fun stuff but a bit abrasive.

Flavour is wonderfully balanced, with tons of dry dank hopping and bone dry biscuity malt. The dry hopping really seals the deal here. Excellent.

Flavour is very dynamic, with a wonderful hop expression of light dankness, herbal and piney notes, and a lightly sweet cereal malt backbone. Superbly constructed and balanced. Excellent.

On tap at Council, pours an opaque cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out herbal notes, light dankness and wheaty, biscuity malt. Flavour is complex, with a wonderful expression, blending light dankness from the citra with the uniqueness of the hallertau, with a tangy citrus character. Quite dry, though a bit yeasty. This is great.
