[2/19/15] Draught at Council Brewing in San Diego. Cloudy amber. Aroma is a bit sourish with dark fruits, vanilla, wood and a cookie note. Sweet-sourish flavor with caramel, dark fruits, cookies and vanilla. Nice rounded mouthfeel. Very good and complex.

[2/19/15] Draught at Council Brewing in San Diego. Dark brown to black. Yeasty aroma, a bit soapy, with a bit of hops. Slightly sweet flavor, yeasty, slightly funky, with a sourish hint, fruits, a bit of chocolate and bitter hops. Medium-bodied.

[2/19/15] Draught at Council Brewing in San Diego. Black. Nice aroma of roast, chocolate, coffee and licorice. Sweet and slightly bitter flavor, roasty, with chocolate, coffee and a bit of licorice. Full-bodied. Very good.
