bottle. slightly hazy orange, small white head. fresh leafy flowery herbal note in the aroma, sort of like a skovlyst, not much else. so pale ale with notes of stuff from the green summer woods? flavor is flowery, slightly herbal and alcohol bitter (in a not so pleasant way). not that much christmas in this one, and the flavor profile is somewhat boring. it is called white christmas, so perhaps it is intended to be for the ppl who don't like the traditional sweet and dark christmas brews.. that part they got right. perhaps they should call it Hvid jul langt, langt væk fra humlemarken

bottle clear amber brown, small brown head. roasted malts, caramel (not bitter), raisins, booze, nutty note (not bitter). really nice aroma, somewhere between a dry barley wine and a strong belgian quad. flavor is bitter nutty, bitter roasted malty, dark dried fruits, bitter raisins, slightly spicy, in fact, tastes like a (in belgian terms) mild quad, with a little bit of bitter christmas spices added. good julebryg how a tuborg julebryg ought to taste and feel...

Amber with a lasting off-white head. Malty aroma with toffee and ripe fruit. Sweet malty flavour with a disconnected, sharp bitter finish.

Can from Kvickly. Unclear amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and light hoppy - straw. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish. 051120

There might be two kinds of this one. My bottle is the same as pictured on ratebeer, but the label has the Økologisk red mark just below LE in pale ale. barcode 5704048 903297 otherwise the label and bottle , alc% etc. looks like the non økologisk pale ale clear golden, beige head. aroma of hops, dough, white bread, sweet malts. reminds me of how good homebrew smelled 15 years ago. flavor is malty sweet, slightly sugary, white dough.a little bit of euro hoppy bitterness towards the end. mothfeel is very soft and oily, suits the beer well. i sampled the rest of the bottle the next morning, at room temperature. This time around the hops and malts were more prominent, and the hops showed some notes typical of american hops, some flowery bittery notes, so i'll up the rating a bit to reflect that.
