Bottle, 9% as Raasted Imperial Oatmeal Coffee Stout. Buttery aroma, ashes, berries. Black colour. OK frothy light brown head. The flavour starts off buttery. It is OK sweet with a good roasted note. A bit of salty liquorice. More butter... turns me off. Good creamy mouthfeel.

Bottle. Pours cloudy very dark brown with airy light tan head. Clear aroma of roast, coffee and chocolate malt, with faint notes of yeast. Bitter, roasty flavour with sweet notes of lactose and chocolate and hints of hops and yeast. Warming alcohol presence. Boozy and sweetish aftertaste with roasty notes. Not bad but rather tame for an Imp Stout.

Bottle, 9.0% as Raasted Honey Tripel. Gusher. Mild honey aroma. Cloudy pale yellow colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is fruity and citric with a good peppery alcohol note. Authentic Belgian yeast flavour, Good flowery hop notes, perhaps also a little spicy from the honey.

Bottle. Pours cloudy straw with airy but stable white head. Clear aroma of fruit and flowers, with hoppy notes and touches of yeast and malt. Sweetish flavour of fruit and malt, with notes of hops, honey and Belgian yeast. Warming alcohol presence. Sweetish and floral aftertaste. Quite decent, especially for a non-Belgian Tripel. No discernible of chilli, though.
