Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy, reddish amber with a dense, off-white head. Very Belgian-style esters and a spicy note from the added coriander. Medium body, a fairly dry fruitiness and a solid late bitterness. Not a bad take on a Christmas beer. 211215

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy reddish with a beige head. Subtle roast in the nose - a little spice as well? Medium body, dry roasty malts. There’s a lurking tartness in here. This may not last until Xmas.... 081215
