Bottle to snifter.
Appearance: dark mahogany color with no head and no lace (sometimes that happens with aged bottles).
Aroma: dark fruits, bourbon barrel, woody, spicy, subtle vanilla, caramel sweetness
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to sweet to subtle spicy tone; finishes boozy with spicy woody tones
Texture: medium to full bodied, great sipper! Some smoothness but also the spicy woody vibes prickling my tongue
Overall: I could have aged this bottle a bit longer as the finish is still a bit boozy however this is still quite a beer and it would be nice with a high end cigar I bet.

Bottle to tulip.
Appearance: semi-dark copper color with no head and no lace
Aroma: apricot flesh and skin, tart & sweet, touch of sour, with some floral and vinous qualities backing that up, subtle grassy to oak whiffs further underneath
Flavor: vinously sweet with ample amounts of tart apricot skin blending with the oak, floral and grassy tones then adding in a touch of lemon pith; finishes vinous, apricot-like and semi-floral
Texture: medium bodied, leaning to being a sipper, good dose of tart & sour vinous character aggression to the tongue but to me not overbearing
Overall: good sour/wild ale with apricots I believe I could have this again.

Aroma: floral, grapefruity, passion fruit and pineapple hop tones; light clean malts
Flavor: bittersweet through the prior noted aromas and addes in a little bit of lime zestiness; finishes grapefruity with a little bit of passion fruit and lime zest
Texture: between light and medium bodied, somewhat sessionable, some smoothness, light hop assertiveness
Overall: pretty nicely done IPA worthy of coming back to.

On tap at Rising Sun Restaurant, Campbelltown, PA.
Appearance: murky orange to copper color with a small cap of a little white foamy head which dissipated fairly quick and didn't leave any lace.
Aroma: oranges, tangerines, lemons and papayas up front then some light notes of coconut, light hints of some clean malts
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas together to a nice bittersweet quality; finishes orange/tangerine and papaya-like
Texture: light to medium bodied - maybe a touch closer to medium, slightly sessionable, some smoothness but also noticeable hop assertiveness
Overall: pretty nicely done IPA I could hang with again.
