Bottle sample at a tasting at Max's place. Cloudy yellow. Funk, oak, white wine, sour, a bit of vinegar, acetone note, sweetish note. Very nice.

Pretty clear dirty red brown beer, small creamy off-white head, unstable, falls down quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: pretty fruity, lactose, berries, floral touch, roses. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty bitter, some tannins, nice acidity, pretty bitter as well. Aftertaste: pretty bitter, dry, tannins, fruity, berries, nice stuff!

Draft. A red-brown beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of spices, fruits, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, berries, and spices, leading to a dry finish.

44cl can, BB 26/06/2021, sadly, this Danish brewery is now out of business.
Ambrée vers le cuivre, col épais blanc-cassé assez effervescent retombant assez vite.
Arôme est fin avec un bouquet plaisant rappelant un cidre voire cidre glace avec une pointe caramélisée qui perce en rétro-nasal.Touche un peu sour de miel argousier.

Palais est sur le côté caramélisé avec une petite pointe de pomme cara oscillant vers un profil de cidre. Le tout sur une note fine aigrelette de levure sauvage avec une pointe douce de miel qui perce en retrait. En essence, l'argousier est présent au niveau du miel qui offre une belle alternance entre miel/douceur et touche du Bruxellensis.
Pas mal et intéressante.

Bottle @ Home. Pours black with a fading brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, little caramel, chocolate, cake, little oak, cocoa, liquer. Flavor is light sweet, light tart, roast malt, caramel, rich licorice, light wood, little earthy, wood, liquer, little alcohol. Medium body, soft carbonation, sweet light tart finish with warming alcohol. 221020

Draft. A hazy brown beer with a lazing tan head. The aroma has notes of alcohol, roasted malt, bread, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of alcohol, roasted malt, caramel, and bread, leading to a dry finish. Too alcoholic.

37,5cl bottle (bottled 06/2020, BBF: 06/2040) from Brussels Beer Project Brewery in Brussels. F: thin, dark tanned, quick gone. C: black, opaque. A: rich dark malts, woody, red wine, chocolate, cocoa, spicy, leather, bit coconut. T: full malty base, chocolate, cocoa, bit coconut, woody, tobacco, spicy, light oily mouthfeel, decent bitterness, very good balanced, bit earthy, soft carbonation, good one, fully enjoyed.

Pretty clear to slightly cloudy deep ruby beer, small creamy off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very floral, some lavender, tannins, red wine, bit fruity. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice bitterness, dry, bit soapy, floral, funky, soft acidity, weird bitterness. Aftertaste: soapy, dry, bit chemical, little fruity, some tannins.
