Clear golden, medium white head, lasting. Medium fresh fruity nose , some dusty presence, grassy a bit. Milder bitterness, nice hoppy freshness, lemony and grassy, lemongrass actually. Very fresh. Light and lovely.

Bottle at Žminjska školka, thx Seba! Ruby red, bit hazy. Oxidized-papery caramel and raisin aroma, some red wine underneath. Smooth red wine and raisin, bit minerally taste, peppery, low low tartness helping things along, very low astringeny and maybe trace acetic. Niiice!

Bottled 375ml. -at Projekt Ljubljana, shared with Marko & Hrabren. Amberish coloured, small off-white head, fruity and mild acetic nose. Bretty, floral, light woody and quite dry finish.

0.375 l bottle shared with Ogi and Marko at PROJEKT, Ljubljana. Hazy amber, small off-white head. Aroma is light red berries, cherry, hibiscus, pomegranate, blood orange, slightly cheesy, goaty. Vinous, peppery, good balance. Moderate tartness, refreshing, bretty, goaty, floral, rose petal and hibiscus, slightly vinous. Slightly thin, soft to moderate carbonation, lasting dry bretty goaty dusty finish.

0.375l bottle. Hazy red-brown body, off-white head. Sharp bretty-lactic orange aroma, caramelly, fine. Bit acetic and bretty, minty taste, citric orange, minerally, well balanced if a bit empty, woody vanilla. Bit astringent and thin but works!

33cl Fles van :Projekt, Ljubljana. Mistig lichtgouden kleur, witte kraag. Heerlijke funky geur, citroenmelisse, Brett, licht bloemig, hint van perzik, citrus, bitter, soort Orval-light. Erg lekker. Lichte body.

Bottle. Clear dark red, coppery. Smaller but creamy beige head. Gentler vinous, sour nose with some sweet caramel and biscuits. Gentle vinous sourness, a bit more tart. Lasting aftertaste, tart. Fuller, creamy body, oily. Nice one.

Bottle. Crystal clear golden, medium white frotyh ehad. Nice vinous nose, white grapes just slightyl sweet. Mild puckery vinous sourness upfront, tart following and finish. Lasting afetrtaste. Light and fresh. Nice.

375ml bottle. Opalescent, yellow-ish, dark golden colour with some tiny chunks floating around; small, creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Vinous fruity, woody and tangy aroma, notes of oak, white grapes, hints of brine, mustard seed, pearl onion, a touch of grape sugar. Taste is slightly dry, tart-ish, vinous fruity, slightly woody, minimally funky yeasty and tangy, hints of oak, white grapes, a touch of grape sugar, diluted hints of white balsamico, brine. Minimally oily, watery texture, slightly dry palate, fine, scattered, mildly prickly carbonation. Very mild, not overly complex, maybe a tad oak dominated - OK.
