ABV: 3.5%. Clear medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, sour, orange, spicy, ginger. Flavor is moderate sweet light acidic and bitter with a long duration, wheat, sour, spicy, ginger, orange. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20210829]

(Draught at Katarina Ölkafé, Stockholm, 28 July 2021) Red colour with brief, foamy head. Fruity, sourish nose with red fruit, cherries and vegetables. Fruity, tart taste with notes of cherries, red fruit, beetroot and a dry and tart finish. Light body, dry. Light, refreshing and quite interesting. Quite enjoyable.

Bottled at Bearbeer tasting. Black, small head. Aroma of chocolate cake and coffee. Sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Sticky chocolate cake, coffee and licorice, some dates. Low bitterness. Too pastryish.

Canned. Cloudy straw colour, mid sized head. Sauerkraut, lemon and ginger up front. Tart with light body and clean mouthfeel. Citric acid and ginger. No bitterness.
