Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is vegetal, cooked corn, spelt, fresh yeast. Taste is vegetal, heavy of it, cereals, grainy. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Not very good unfortunately.

Right. Good stuff if a bit “one trick”. Plenty of passion fruit.

New England style IPA by this renowned Swedish craft brewery, at Dok Brewing Festival. Mousy, off-white, medium thick, opening head, hazy peach blonde robe with somewhat ochre-like tinge. Aroma of mango juice, lychee, granadilla, dough, wet biscuit cake, ripe papaja, mandarin. Fruity onset, papaja, mango flesh and granadilla galore, very soft lime-like sourish edge but sweetness prevails, soft carb, fluffy and lightly creamy mouthfeel; lots of tropical juiciness in the finish (again mango and granadilla) with a herbal, ‘green’ basil aspect to it a well. Bitterness remains soft, but has a quenching effect and seems a tad more outspoken than is typically the case in a NEIPA, though generally this brew meets all the demands of the intended style, without any flaws – so works fine for me.
