Taster. 10% ABV as per menu. Appearance: very dark brown with a beige head. Aroma: a bit fruity, sweet, bold. Taste: along the same lines, very nice combination of pistachios, chocolate, and vanilla. Overall: great!

Taster. Appearance: murky golden with a white head. Aroma: very juicy, tropical fruits, some creamy notes. Taste: along the same lines. Finishes with quite noticeable hoppy bitterness. Overall: good one.

Can: Poured a bright yellow with a white frothy head. Aroma is sticky fruity hops, citrus, danky, resinous. Taste is light hops, fruity, citrus, candy, grapefruit, melon.

Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 07/04/24. Extremely dark mahogany brown to light black with a good sized off white covering that thins to spotting and a swirl in time. Nose is dark malts, brown bread, cocoa powder, hint of liquorice, Taste comprises dark malts, herb, light spice, biscuit, raisins, dried fruit rinds, brown bread, fruit loaf. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Solid for the style.

Can: Poured a deep brown with some translucentness, head was a nice two finger creamy froth light brown head. Aroma is roasted malts, faint spice. Taste is nice grainy, roast malts, cocoa, biscuit, toffee. Not sure about how this is Mexican anything but it's very crushable.
