Pint can from Total Wine Gainesville, VA, 7/30/22. New brewery! Brewery # 2071. USA # 1674. Virginia # 157. Hazy orange, thin white head, average retention. Aroma of guava, tangerine, lemongrass, pale malt. Taste is guava, mango, lemongrass, citrus, pale malt. A bit thin. Quite nice.

Deep purple, violet and strong pink coloured body, about 70 per cent opaque, all with a thick, three centimetre tall violet and pink coloured, large-bubbled head that fades fairly quickly. Aroma of raspberries and blackberries, with some mellow candy and pure caster sugar sweetness noticeable along with a dash of earth and musty grapes. Medium-bodied; Strong rich berry and sweet fruity flavours dominate up front with a little astringency and deep hop notes to couple with some light malt and even lighter alcohol flavours, but also a touch of flowers and rustic grain is noticeable towards the end. Aftertaste is clean, with this almost tasting like a soda more than an IPA, with deep earthy fruits, mostly blue and blackberries dominating, with some light lactose and cream elements and while not bitterness, some dry herbal hop notes on the finish. Overall, a very interesting beer that obviously doesn't show much as any traditional IPA style, but is good if you go into this as a fruit beer, of course. Nice to sample! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from the Crystal City Wine Shop in Arlington, Virginia on 18-October-2020 for US$3,68 sampled on 23-November-2019 at my house here in Washington just a few blocks away.

Super hazy and chunky orange coloured body with a fairly thin one to two centimetre tall tan head that fades fairly fast, but the body is about 90 per cent opaque. Aroma of oranges, lactose, light wheat or flaked malts with a dry citrusey and grassy hop note showing some light alpha acids and juice, too, of course. Medium to almost Full-bodied; Very strong orange, tangerine and even kumquat flavours that hit strongly at first, then give way to a ton of super rich malts - very chewy and while not really showing any lactose or cream, still quite deep and pungent, in a good way. Aftertaste is very rich with some light pepper notes hitting first, along with a good dose of alcohol and some light tropical fruit ntoes of pineapple, papaya (richness) and mangoes. Overall, a very nice New England IPA, almost perfect for the style, that has some very mild cream/lactose notes that aren't strong enough for me to be included in the beer title, but a great beer, regardless of the name. Very nice to try locally and super (same-day!) fresh! I sampled this sixteen ounce can, purchased from the Department of Beer and Wine in Alexandria, Virginia on 21-August-2020 for US$3,95 sampled at my house here in Washington on the same day - 21 -August-2020.

Lime and light orange peel, tangerine. Pours golden with decent head and lacing. Kind of a cloying tangy end. Tap at Whole Foods.

32oz crowler from Dominion pours a clear gold with a ring of white head. Honestly, the nose isn't great off the top, simple, oranges, vanilla, some melon sherbet, a little beery. Flavor grew on me, but starts sweet with the orange creamcicle and the sherbet. Finishes off dry. Odd.
