Located on Main Street in the historic district of downtown Waterbury, Vermont, our Restaurant is where you come for BBQ, classic cocktails and fresh beer. Our Brewery entrance is just around the corner We offer a Latin inspired menu and rotating Daily Specials . It's also where we brew the beer.

Admin Note: Restaurant is located at 23 S Main St and the brewery at 2 Elm St.

On tap at Prohibition Pig. Pours a cloudy yellow gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is pine and citrus. Medium body, wheat, pineapple, grass, light bitterness, very good.

6 ounce draft. He’s a yellow color. Flavor has a nice array of hops. Mild herb / pine, soft apricot, peach like. No bitterness. medium in body.

6 ounce draft at the brewery. Typical hazy appearance. Aroma and flavor math. Citrusy, soft malt, mild danky hints, herbs. Good!

6 ounce draft at the brewery. Color is pitch black. Aroma and flavor are same. Kind of really mild roast, chocolate, mild tobacco. Very mild overall.

Hazy dark orange. Has a distinct mango aroma. Smells really good. Thin oily mouthfeel, tangerine, hay, grass, sweet oily piney finish

Hazy , looks like a watery OJ. Smells really good, juicy orange and grapefruit aroma. Good mouthfeel, tangerine and grapefruit, has a pine cone flavor and sourdough finish.

Dark reddish black. No head. Aroma is weak. Creamy, almost no flavor at all. Watery, very thin. Slight roast finish
