Corked and caged bottle. Almost a cider aroma. Slightly citrus with accompanying sweet fruit/floral notes. Orange gold color with an impressive white head that quickly collapsed without lacing. Medium body with creamy carbonation. Belgian tripel flavors in a mildly sweet way, with a fair amount of bitter and some yeast. Could be citrus and/or coriander. The finish is fairly dry and lightly bitter. It is a nice drinkable ale. Heat is barely detectable.

Test vom 21.12.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 7,11,11,13,9,12 - 11,20
