Saurer Geruch, erinnert etwas an eingelegte Gurken. Kräuterartiger und herber Antrunk fast ebenso merkwürdig wie das "Waase Wolf" der selben Brauerei. Saurer und trocken herber Mittelteil, der in einem hopfig-bitteren Finish endet. Ne!!! Test vom 17.3.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 8,5,5,5,9,5 - 5,50

Bottle: Poured dark brown/black with cream head. Honey sweet aroma with some other fruit. This beer is very honey oriented and not very pleasant to my taste buds.

33 cL bottle. Pours orange with huge white head. Aroma is distinct yeasty and honey, has some very fruity notes in the honey. Mouthfeel is rather soft. Taste is sweet, flowery honey and a single note that sticks out (maybe this is corriander - but I’m not sure). Has some bitterhops in the finish.

Bottled. Unclear, brown beer that volcanoed out of the bottle. The head was beige, and leaving nice lacings. Yeasty and sweet, with nuts and over-ripe fruits and some earty notes. Fruits, citrus, bitterness, hops and sweetness in the flavor. Medium to full body and a fruity-sour finish. (061111)

Pours a slightly hazy gold into a tulip. Bright white micro head quickly subsides. Honey and spice aromas. Sour with pepper; leaves tearing and slight lacing. Dry fizz with a medium lasting pepper finish.

(Bottle, Beer Circus, Croydon, 24 Nov) Golden yellow colour with huge white head. Yeast sediment. Fruity, sweet nose with honey and spicy hops. Fruity, flowery taste with honey and spicy hops in the finish. On the sweet side, but well balanced. Nice one.
