Bottle sample at Artesano, pours a clear blonde. Aroma brings out intense alcohol, apple wine, and succulent honey sweetness. Flavour is quite hot, with a viscous apple liqueur character, subdued honey and alcohol. Boozy and chaotic. It's alright.

Bottle sample at Artesano, pours brings out lots of jalape�o upfront, with the cinnamon taking a backseat - honey is absent. Flavour is similar, with lots of jalape�os that punch you in the mouth, with the cinnamon further back. Not getting much honey flavour in there. Not my favourite.

Bottle sample at Artesano, pours a clear blonde with a few bubbles. Flavour brings out the wildflower honey upfront, with floral notes. Flavour is fairly rich, with moderately sweet wildflower honey. Medium-high sweetness on the finish. Nice stuff.

Bottle sample at Artesano, pours a clear pink. Aroma bring out modestly tart cranberries, with lightly sweet apples and light acidity. Flavour is medium-high sweetness, with lightly tart cranberries and subdued honey. Finishes lightly tart and modestly sweet. Solid.

Bottle sample at Artesano, pours a clear pale blonde. Aroma brings out crisp apples, subdued dry honey and a bit of a crisp champagne effervescence. Flavour is very crisp, with light-medium sweetness, champagne spritziness and light funk. Pretty solid - I like this better than the non-carbonated one.

Bottle sample at Meadhall, pours a clear blonde, no head. Aroma brings out intense bourbon barrels and honey nectar. Flavour is along the same lines, with bourbon barrels upfront, followed by fairly restrained honey nectar. Fairly light on the palate with a nice balance. It's not a Polish mead, but it's quite decadent.
